Spin Analytical Cell Washer

The AUC Cell Washer is used to automate the cleaning of standard 2-channel AUC centerpieces without the time consuming disassembly and reassembly of a cell. The whetted materials are Viton, PTFE, polypropylene, and stainless steel which allow a variety of different cleaning solutions to be used.

The cell is cleaned and dried by the Cell Washer using a reproducible protocol in as little as 5 minutes per channel, depending on the protocol selected by the user.

Advantages of the Cell Washer include:

• » Cells remain assembled and are less likely to have leaking problems
• » Able to leave sample in one channel and only change sample in the other channel

The Cell Washer can not be used with metal centerpieces where the centerpiece gaskets need to be replaced for each run, requiring disassembly of the cell.
